What do I need to bring to my Training session?

Please bring your pup wearing a collar with ID, a leash, any training tools you currently use, and plenty of high-value treats.

Where should we meet for training?

Depends on what it is we’re hoping to accomplish at your session. If your dog barks at the door, meeting at a park will be challenging to help accomplish great door manners. If your dog struggles around distractions, let’s build up and make sure your dog is in an environment that they’re going to succeed in.

I typically recommend we meet at your home for the first session!

What is Obedience Training vs Behavioral Training?

Best way I’ve found to explain it is this —

Obedience training is things you WANT your dog to do. Sit, down, come, “place” and heel, for example

And Behavioral Training is things you want your dog to STOP doing. Stop biting, being aggressive towards other dogs or humans, excessive jumping and more!
